Thank you for thinking of us for your donations!
We are always in need of good quality women’s clothing and accessories, bric-a-brac, books and DVDs, but are grateful for all items donated to our shops.
We can accept donations at all of our locations in Sheffield. We advise checking the opening hours for each of our shops before making the journey to us:
There are however some donations that we cannot accept. Some are for safety and hygiene reasons, others due to lack of demand. In those cases, it costs the charity money to dispose of the items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept donations of the following items:
Child & Baby
Clothing & Accessories
If these items are brought to our shops to donate, the shop staff will not be able to accept them.
Please contact us on email@example.com if you have any questions and we will be happy to advise you.
We have limited space at our Secondhand Superstore to accept furniture donations, so please do contact the shop direct if you are interested in donating large items. To reach the Secondhand Superstore please call 0114 3278679 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Sofas and armchairs must have an attached fire regulation tag. We cannot sell items that do not have this attached label.
Furniture must be in a good-quality saleable condition.
We welcome donations of electrical in good working order. We can accept flat-screen TV and computer monitors.
We PAT test all of our electricals before selling them in our shops, so we can ensure the safety of the customer.
We cannot accept broken electricals, older style TVs and PCs, hair curlers or straighteners. For those items, we would recommend donating to the Aspire Community Enterprise.
We also cannot accept large electrical appliances (i.e. fridges, fridge-freezers, washing machines, tumble driers). For those items, we recommend donating to The Besom in Sheffield.
