Legend was collected by an RSPCA Officer with a very sore head injury.
After weeks of cleansing, antibiotics to keep infection at bay and TLC he has healed nicely and now he`s ready to find his forever home.

Legend can be very affectionate, but he was very shy on arrival and it took him a little while to learn to trust his carers here at the Centre. He`s very much a people cat once he`s formed a bond! He does still get a little startled by sudden movements and loud noises and will retreat to the safety of his hiding place. He makes it clear if he`s feeling worried, usually in the form of a little warning hiss.

Our lovely Legend has FIV (a condition which affects the immune system of a cat, like HIV in humans) and for this reason, he is looking to live an indoor only lifestyle, where he can be the only cat in the household. There is no reason why he can`t live just as happy a life as any other normal cat, he will just need to be closely monitored and have regular check ups so he can be kept happy and healthy.

Legend would adore a new family where any children are older, sensible and experienced around felines. Here he could settle in at his own pace and form a loving bond with his new human companion.
