Leaving a Legacy in your Will

Your pet is such an important part of your life - did you realise that you can make provision in your will for their care when you are gone?

Whether your wishes are for your pet to be rehomed with a relative, friend or even with an animal welfare organisation such as ours, please ensure that your Will reflects your wishes.

We have teamed up with SSB Law who are supporting the great work that we do. For every Will drafted by SSB Law, they will donate 20% of their fee to the RSPCA.

In addition, you too could help by remembering us in your Will. You can do this in one of two ways:

  • Precuniary legacy. This is when you leave a specific sum of money, item or property.
  • Residuary legacy. This is when you leave all or part of what is left after your other gifts and bills/debts have been dealt with.

To book an appointment with a Wills Expert at SSB Law to discuss your Will, contact them directly on freephone 0800 433 2255 or via their website http://www.ssblaw.co.uk/wills or call into their offices which are based at 43 Townhead Street, Sheffiled, S1 2EB. Please let them know at the time of booking your appointmet that you wish to make a Will as seen on the RSPCA Website.
