Dog Colour Codes

Our dogs are put in the following categories to simplify the process of finding the right dog for your level of experience

  • Green dogs - are assessed as possibly suitable for first time dog owners. These dogs are unlikely to require alot of training in a new home.
  • Yellow dogs - These dogs are likely to require a little more training and support in order to settle into their new homes.
  • Blue dogs - May require ongoing behavioural support in the medium to long term. They are better suited to owners experienced in working with dogs that have behavioural issues.
  • Purple dogs - Dogs that have a need or enthusiasm to work, or would enjoy activities such as agility. These dogs require owners that are looking to take part in such an activity.
